Journey Of The Spirit

Each one of us has our own love story to write with God.  My journey and your journey will each take us on a different path although they will each have some common characteristics.  My destiny and your destiny are not the same; however, both of our journeys should lead us to greater intimacy and communion with God.  Isn’t that what this journey of the Spirit is all about?  God’s kingdom is within us, and He wants to release it through us to others.  In order to do that, He is teaching us His kingdom order and how the realm of the Spirit operates on earth as it is in heaven.

There are many great books that have been written telling us how to experience a divine encounter, a visitation, or possibly even trans-location, and most of them contain knowledge of how to go through a particular gate to enter into the heavenly realms.  We can glean from their encounters and their journey, but God has your personal journey mapped out just for you.  A popular term used for entering God’s presence is “come up here” to meet with Him in a “throne room” encounter or a “face-to-face” experience.  I love it when He extends His scepter to us through the grace of righteousness so we can enter into His PRESENCE.  What I have come to realize is that God will give you what you need to get you to the next level of your journey.  He loves you so much; He will speak to you through His word, or He might possibly choose to give you a dream, a prophetic word, trance, vision, or speak audibly if He so chooses.  Oh yes, I have heard him speak audibly to me.  He might give you a divine encounter through a person He sends into your life through a divine connection.  He might send an angel to you. He might even speak to you through a butterfly.  God is multi-faceted; He doesn’t come to us the same way every time.  Who knows how He will choose to show up; however, He does it, it will be good and exactly what you need to prepare you for the next stage of your journey.

Ask, Seek, and Knock has become one of my favorite scriptures.  I want to experience MORE OF GOD!  I want to KNOW HIM MORE.  And so do you if you are reading this article!  God desires for us to know His heartbeat, and what moves Him.   He loves to gaze into our eyes just as much as we love to look into the eyes of the One We Love.  He loves to share His secrets with us.  As He reveals what is on His heart, He will probably tell us to decree some of it into the earth as this is how it is done on earth as it is in heaven.  He speaks Light Be but that is another topic for another day.

I write this to encourage you to Keep Asking, Keep Seeking, and  Keep Knocking!  And the door will be opened to you.  God will give you road signs all along your journey to keep you on the right path.  This road to greater intimacy and union with God will take you into experiential experiences you never dreamed or thought possible. Eye has not seen nor ear heard all that He has in store for those who love Him. 1Cor. 2:9

I want to encourage you to Keep On Going!  Keep on Pursuing!  Keep Pressing In!  No matter how much of the Spirit you have encountered previously, THERE IS ALWAYS MORE!
