We were worshipping during a church service way back in January 2014 when we began to hear this word, Taliah See. The Spirit said to declare Taliah See so in obedience, we began to declare it as a church in unison for the next several minutes. We believed it was the word of the Lord for 2014. After hearing this word and meditating on it, we asked God if He would reveal the meaning to us. Thus began the chase and seeking Him for the revelation of its meaning.
We found out that Tal means dew. Ia is shorthand for God. It is the true name of Jesus. So what exactly is it that God is declaring? We googled Talia and found out the word was made up of two Hebrew words, (tal and y-uh) which mean the dew of God. Dew and rain are both considered great divine blessings, both mentioned many times in the Bible. Of the two, however, dew is the greater blessing. Dew is used to refer to blessings, favor, prosperity, resurrection, and long life. Two examples are how an eagle covers her young or how God covers His people. It refers to Isaac’s blessing of Jacob in Genesis 27-28. Isaac pronounced the Father’s blessing on Jacob. In Genesis 28, Jacob had a dream where he saw the heavens open and the angels ascending and descending upon the ladder. He dreamed a dream. People of God, it is time to dream again as well as revisit those dreams and visions that we have had previously. The dew of God is being released on them! The heavens opened bringing the blessings (dew) of heaven into the earth. Jacob said that surely the presence of the Lord was in this place, and he did not know it. In Vs. 17, Jacob was afraid and said, How to be feared and reverenced is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gateway of heaven! This was the greater blessing–the dew coming down from heaven.
What exactly is dew? It is tiny drops of water that form on cool surfaces at night, when atmospheric vapor condenses. Why is dew considered the greater blessing? This is for several reasons: dew is constant, and rain is less dependable. Another advantage of dew is that it is always a blessing whereas rain is not. Rain can fall to the extent it is damaging, while dew brings only good. We also discovered that dew is purified rain. Therefore, dew represents purification. It is rain that has been processed. Synonyms are refine, purify, filter, treat, or process. Moses learned humility in the desert, and he was purified in the process. His doctrine was pure; his speech was pure. God allowed him to see His glory because he had been processed through his desert experience.
Rain and dew are both metaphors for divine bounty. (Deut. 28 and 33:28) Rain isn’t a constant; at times, there are droughts or too much rain can cause a flood. The divine blessing symbolized by rain is dependent on human effort and merit which are not always constant. Dew, on the other hand, represents God’s kindness that isn’t contingent on man’s actions or behavior, the kindness that stems from His unceasing and immutable love for His children. Dew signifies the truth of the Word of God. ….and the heavens shall give their dew. Zech. 8:12
Dew equals fruitfulness and multiplication.
Hosea 14:5 I will be the dew unto Israel…. Micah 5:7 Remnant of Jacob shall be as dew…. Psalms 133:2-3 Like the goodly oil upon the head that came down upon the hem of Aaron’s garments; like the dew of Herman that cometh down upn the mountains of Zion for there Jehovah commanded the blessing of life forevermore. Deut. 32:2 My doctrine shall drop like rain. My word shall distil as the dew; as the small rain upon the grass; and as drops upon the herb.
The goodness of God causes men to repent. Pray that the Church will be filled with the knowledge of God’s will. Col. 1:9 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. Hab. 2:14 (Knowledge is intimacy with God.)
We are in for signs, wonders, and miracles such as have not been seen before.
Dew produces the 3R’s: Repentance which leads to righteousness, Refreshing, and Restoration. We will see the fullness of God manifest in the earth through His goodness.
God is releasing the dew of heaven in the earth. Please join with us in declaring Taliah See. It is now 2023. We are still declaring it.

I fasted for that day and when I slept I had a dream that I was walking on a path but it seemed I was weak,and someone helped me by putting me on his shoulders,when I woke up today which is 12th June 2014,I drank some tea to break my fast and after I decided to pray to God to ask him why I fasted,As I was praying in tongues the only word I heard myself saying was TALIAH,TALIAH,TALIAH,TALIAH.TALIAH..the more I tried to speak in tongues the more I said the word “TALIAH”so I was confused, I paused praying and began to search for the word TALIAH on Google and I realized it was a female name,so I decided to read more about the name,the more I read it the more I realized I was reading about myself,so I decided to search more about TALIAH on Google..I read about TALIAH on seven reflection on Google,and everything It said was just about me,so I was curious and decide to search more information about TALIAH when I saw this page,DECLARE TALIAH SEE FOR 2014,after I read everything about TALIAH SEE,all of a sudden I fell on the floor and started speaking in tongues in my room.I had a strong feeling that I can know more about the REVELATION OF TALIAH from THE LIFE GIVING CHURCH, so I decided to write to you to know more about the TALIAH SEE thanks so much for your time and consideration.

Judith, this is an incredible testimony of God’s goodness! Thank you for sharing it with us. The Spirit has been giving us further revelation about Taliah See. We believe it is torrents of grace being released out of heaven to water the land and further produce the kingdom of God. The dew of God is the great grace of God that He is pouring out on the nations of the earth to bring fullness. The dew waters and produces the will of God in the earth. His kingdom will be manifested just as He said in Luke 4:18. Could it be that He wants to use your prayers and intercessions to bring it to your nation?
